Meet Taylor

Taylor is a dedicated and strategic workers’ compensation attorney with a passion for delivering top-notch legal support to employers and insurance carriers in Nebraska, Missouri and Iowa. Known for his logistical aptitude and personable demeanor, Taylor brings a distinctive blend of strategic thinking and practical commitment to each case, ensuring favorable outcomes for his clients.

Loyalty is not just a word to Taylor – it's a guiding principle. Growing up playing baseball, Taylor learned the value of teamwork, self-discipline, and grit. He appreciates that success is built on hours of collective team effort, commitment to a shared cause, and an unwavering dedication to improvement.  These principles have shaped his personal and professional growth.

During his undergraduate career at the University of Nebraska Kearney, he laid the foundation for his legal career. While working for a major political campaign, he spent countless hours traveling the Great Plains and getting to know people from all walks of life. Many people complain that Nebraska is just a flat plain, but most have never driven west on Nebraska Highway 2 from Grand Island to Alliance and experienced the Sandhills. As a native Nebraskan, Taylor knows that there is more to the state than endless corn fields and flat plains. He appreciates the cultural vibrancy of Omaha and Lincoln and has a deep love of the often-unexplored beauty the state offers as well. Taylor recognizes that the people, like the geography, also have their own honest and unassuming confidence.

A long-time chess player, Taylor has an aptitude for problem-solving and enjoys analyzing complex positions and finding solutions to problems making him a natural fit for the practice of law. He pursued his Juris Doctorate Degree and a Master of Science degree in Government Organizations at Creighton University School of Law. During his time at Creighton, Taylor excelled academically, earning the prestigious CALI awards for earning the top grade in his class in Contracts and International Criminal Law.

Prior to graduating, Taylor dedicated himself to public service, spending a semester with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel where he contributed to drafting regulations and implementing legislation aimed at better serving our country's veterans – legislation that remains in effect and working for veterans today.

Outside the practice of law, Taylor continues to enjoy the game of chess and serves his community as a Board Member and Volunteer Coach with the Panther Youth Baseball Organization – passing his love of baseball and the values of the game to the next generation.

Taylor is committed to service and critical thinking. He forges lasting relationships, becoming a dependable ally for those who work with him. Whether he's devising a defense strategy or representing clients in negotiations, Taylor is driven to secure the best possible outcome for his clients.

Connect with Taylor for a legal defender who can adapt quickly to any situation and provide dependable solutions.
